Thèkova-ênî Bî (/θèˈkova/ /ˈɘnɪ/ [personal] [brass]) is a temperate Town located in the Fîthdekî Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Thèkova-ênî Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Thèkova-ênî Bî was founded by Glkèj Èqthonm, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Thèkova-ênî Bî has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 26°C (78°F). Thèkova-ênî Bî receives an average of 291 cm/y (114 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Thèkova-ênî Bî covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1766 m (5793 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Thèkova-ênî Bî was founded durring the late 13th century in winter of the year 1157, by Glkèj Èqthonm. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Thèkova-ênî Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Thèkova-ênî Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Thèkova-ênî Bî is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of broad flagstone streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. The millitarily questionable fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Thèkova-ênî Bî is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife. There’s a patern to the panic. It’s not easy to see, and no one quite agrees on what it is, but the locals know and operate under this pattern. It shapes everything they do, and you feel as if you’ve almost worked it out only for some small detail to devastate your theory every time you try and comprehend it.
Civic Infrastructure
Thèkova-ênî Bî has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Thèkova-ênî Bî.
Thèkova-ênî Bî has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Thèkova-ênî Bî has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Thèkova-ênî Bî has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Thèkova-ênî Bî's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Thèkova-ênî Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Thèkova-ênî Bî has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
There’s a relatively new religion in Thèkova-ênî Bî which is rapidly gaining power. It might be a sectarian offshoot of a major faith, the unique product of a new prophet, or an outside faith backed by wealthy and powerful foreign supporters. Depending on the demands made on believers, the new faith may be a matter of concern only to the existing clergy, or it might be a major flashpoint for conflict in the community.
Thèkova-ênî Bî's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..

Thèkova-ênî Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves destroying a prepared ritual vessel to channel Mysticism energies of tier 3 via guttural bellowing.
